Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Polished Tile ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our physical location at 511 W French Place, San Antonio, TX 78212, and any memberships, events, lessons, or services you purchase from us. By visiting our website, booking a service, or entering our premises, you agree to these Terms.

Memberships

  • Membership tiers, pricing, and included benefits are described on our Membership page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically on your enrollment date each month and may be canceled with at least 10 days' written notice before the next billing date.

  • Annual memberships are prepaid, renew on the anniversary of enrollment, and are generally non-refundable. Extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.

  • Founding Membership and Corporate Partner memberships are annual commitments and are subject to the same renewal and cancellation terms above.
     

Guest Passes, Trial Passes, and Social Passes

  • Guest passes, trial passes, and social passes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated, and are subject to reservation availability.

  • Trial Pass fees may be credited toward a first month of membership if you join within the same calendar month as your trial visit.
     

Lessons and Leagues

  • Lesson packages and league registrations are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

  • League seasons follow published schedules and may be adjusted for holidays, tournaments, or other programming needs.
     

Private and Corporate Events

  • Private event and corporate event bookings require a deposit and signed agreement coordinated separately through our Events Team.

  • Cancellation policies for private and corporate events will be outlined in your individual event agreement.
     

Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a membership or reservation, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the respectful, welcoming environment we maintain for all guests and members.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party booking and payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of those providers in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
The Polished Tile is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from your visit or participation in our programming, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Guests participate in activities at their own risk.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
